The Smoky Amethyst Vintage 1960s Silk Japanese Traditional Kimono XS-XL

This beautiful 1960s silk kimono was purchased 40 years ago at the STILL LIFE boutique in Victoria BC by Mae Moore. The kimono was already vintage at that time! Groovy floral print made of cream and smoky amythest color. Cream colored and textured obi (or sash) is original and included. 

Quality A-/B+. This kimono was repaired with a home sewing machine in a non-traditional fashion so it is technically no longer a traditional kimono. There is a small 3mm hole at the back of the neck. For age of this piece, the material and garment is still in fabulous shape.
