The Golden Puff Sleeve Dress

Who doesn't love giant golden puff sleeves? Fools and heretics, that's who. 

This reworked (shortened) vintage dress is by Umba for Parnes Feinstein and hails from the 1960s.

Both belts included with purchase. Original belt of matching material measures 69". Black and gold woven belt measures 36" plus the buckle - this vintage 80s belt was not originally part of the outfit. (Although I have to admit, my favorite look for this is unbelted)

Quality A. Great condition for its age, no flaws. Has been altered from original length.
